4 EXERCISES THAT WILL BURN BELLY FAT FAST FOR A SIX PACK

Hold in the position shown below for 20 seconds. After you have done the plank for 20 seconds have a 10-second rest, use this time to do a light jog on the spot.
REPEAT ALL EXERCISES 5 TIMES ALTOGETHER
