FAQ

1: Where's my order?

After you have placed your order you will be sent an email confirmation of Order Acknowledgment. This email confirms that we have received your order . Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent another email notice of Dispatch Confirmation.

Orders can take up to 3 working days to arrive if you used our standard delivery service. If however you used a different shipment method such as a tracked delivery method you can expect your order to be delivered earlier and can be tracked via a code sent with the dispatch confirmation email.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please get in touch by completing our contact us form. Please include your full name, address and order number for a quicker response.

2: Returns

If you want an exchange, return or report it as damaged please complete the contact form in our contact page one of our customer service agent will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please put your full name and order number so we can deal with your issue as soon as possible. Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for used products. 

3: The address that I provided is incorrect?

If you have provided us with the wrong information please contact us via completing our contact form as soon as possible. This must be done before we dispatch your order. We will not be able to fix any errors once the item is dispatched & you still may be charged. 

4: What if I have not received my order?

If your order has not been received after the date specified in the confirmation email please get in touch with us. 

5: Are your products cruelty free?

All our products are cruelty free & we continue to stand against animal testing.
